A word about the E-mail stuff.

• We will try to respond to all e-mails.
• If you don't get the response you hoped for send it again, what could it hurt.
• Put something specific in the subject, so we won't think it's junk mail and delete it without reading it.
• Be "reasonably pleasant" in your e-mail, and you are more likely to get a response.
